Diabetic Warning Signs and Symptoms
Diabetes symptoms seem so harmless, they often often go unnoticed.
Early detection of diabetes symptoms and beginning
treatment as soon as possible can decrease the possibilities of developing
dangerous complications due to diabetes.
Symptoms of type 1 diabetes often develop over a short period of time. In type 2 diabetes,
symptoms develop more slowly, and some persons never have any symptoms of the disease. If
you are regularly having any of these signs and symptoms, you should tell your doctor.
Common warning signs that can indicate a risk of developing diabetes:
- frequent urination
- excessive thirst
- extreme hunger
- unusual weight loss
- increased fatigue
- irritability
- blurry vision
If you have any of these diabetes related symptoms, you may be at risk and are advised to see a doctor as soon as possible.
